SUPERWORLD was an early comic book apparently produced by sci-fi pulp legend Hugo Gernsbeck (for whom the Hugo Awards are named). Hip Knox was a Mandrake type magician powerwise but with a superhero costume and a goofy headpiece. That's really all you need to know.
