Bart Tumey was ashop artist who worked at various companies in the forties and fifties and then seems to have left the field. Too bad. From this example of his SHENANIGAN back-up strip in Quality's FEATURE COMICS, he was a talented humorist and artist. GCD credits Tumey with writing, pencils and inks all three!
