I don't think this is Dan DeCarlo but since everything at Archie in the 1970s was done in a Dan DeCarlo style, it's tough to call. Al Hartley, maybe? One thing's for certain and that's that it was written by a man who was not a fan of Women's Lib. I'd guess George Gladir.
